By requesting a commission, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read everything carefully to avoid misunderstandings!I don't speak English; please be kind and clear.

Política de comisiones y condiciones de servicio:

  • Design & Detail Characters:

  • Mobian characters only at the moment.

  • Characters with excessive detail may be simplified. I'll communicate any necessary adjustments during the sketching stage.

  • Revision: Illustrations

  • Up to 3 corrections during the sketching / lining phase. Afterwards $5 per change. No corrections during coloring phase.

  • Payment & Refunds:

  • Full payment or half upfront to begin work. If you choose to pay half upfront, I will only proceed to the lining and coloring stages after full payment is received.

  • No refunds will be issued at the line art/coloring stage. Refunds during the sketching phase are at my discretion and will be based on the amount of effort and time I’ve already invested.

  • Please provide clear references and details. Prices in USD. Invoice through Paypal. (You Don't need a paypal account to purchase)

  • Any questions just throw them at me!

  • I reserve the right to decline any order if I feel uncomfortable, it violates my Terms of Service, or for any other reason I may determine.

  • Inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of the order/commission, and the client may be blacklisted.

  • Unspecified details, overly complex designs, or significant revisions may require an additional fee to compensate for the extra work.

  • Diseño y detalles de personajes:

  • Por el momento, solo personajes Mobian/Sonic.

  • Los personajes con demasiados detalles podrían simplificarse. Comunicaré cualquier ajuste necesario durante la fase de boceto.

  • Revisión: Ilustraciones

  • Hasta 3 correcciones durante la fase de boceto/delineado. Después, $5 por cambio. No se permiten correcciones durante la fase de coloreado.

  • Pago y reembolsos:

  • Pago completo o la mitad por adelantado para comenzar el trabajo. Si eliges pagar la mitad por adelantado, solo procederé con las fases de delineado y coloreado una vez recibido el pago completo.

  • No se realizarán reembolsos durante la etapa de dibujo lineal/coloreado. Los reembolsos durante la fase de boceto quedan a mi discreción y se basarán en el tiempo y el esfuerzo ya invertidos.

  • Por favor, proporcione referencias y detalles claros. Precios en USD. Factura a través de PayPal. (No necesita una cuenta de PayPal para comprar).

  • ¡No dude en consultarme si tiene alguna pregunta!

  • Me reservo el derecho de rechazar cualquier pedido si me siento incómodo/a, si este infringe mis Términos de Servicio o por cualquier otra razón que yo determine.

  • El comportamiento inapropiado conllevará la cancelación inmediata del pedido o encargo, y el cliente podría ser incluido en una lista negra.

  • Los detalles no especificados, los diseños excesivamente complejos o las revisiones significativas pueden requerir un cargo adicional para compensar el trabajo extra.
